It depends on the material of you water feature. Water feature we sell here in Adelaide has 3 different materials.

GRC (Glass reinforced concrete) - To clean your GRC (Glass‑Reinforced Concrete) water feature, simply empty the old water every 3–4 months or whenever it looks dirty, and refill it with fresh clean water. Wipe the surface gently using a soft cloth to remove dust or marks.

Avoid using pressure washers or harsh chemicals, as they can damage the GRC material over time. A gentle wipe and regular water changes are all that’s needed to keep your feature looking great.

Solid concrete - Solid concrete water features are very easy to maintain. Simply empty the old water every 3–4 months and refill with fresh clean water. To remove dirt or marks, wipe the surface with a soft cloth or sponge.

You can use medium strength pressure washer, avoid wire brushes, or strong chemical cleaners, as these can damage the concrete surface over time. Mild soapy water is safe if needed, but always rinse thoroughly.

Regular water changes and gentle cleaning will keep your concrete water feature looking great for years.

Terrazzo- It is one of the most durable and low‑maintenance materials for water features. Simply change the water whenever it looks dirty and wipe the surface with a clean, soft cloth to keep it looking fresh. No special cleaners are needed.
