The price for a Bali Hut of this size starts at $1,645 for the basic version. However, we do not recommend the basic hut without side rails. Without side rails, the structure carries too much roof weight, which can cause movement in strong winds and may lead to long‑term instability.
When the hut is built with side rails, it becomes significantly stronger and far more durable. For this reason, we do not display the basic version on this page.
If a customer has a specific plan to reinforce the basic hut and still wishes to order it, we can arrange it upon request.
Do we recommend this size with floor
For a hut of this size, we generally do not recommend the basic split‑bamboo floor. The floor is handmade using split bamboo, and while it looks authentic, this size hut can accommodate many people. Because of the extra weight and movement, the basic floor is not structurally suitable unless it is reinforced.
